Wherever possible, I have maintained Chambers’ earnest and compelling style. However, the chapter titles and much of the content have been rewritten to reflect how a believer living in the twenty-first century would understand and apply these life-changing truths.
 
My prayer is that this updated edition will encourage a new generation of Christians to deepen their trust in the Bible, sharpen their spiritual discernment, pursue genuine godliness, and seek above all to live a life that is pleasing to God.
